We’re looking for a cook to contribute to ice cream and pastry production — someone who enjoys taking on recipes that are technique-driven and precise, but executed in a casual environment. We are searching for someone who is incredibly fastidious, hard-working and organized, with a sharp attention to detail, positive collaborative energy, and a serious love of ice cream. Minimum two years of professional experience. Must be able to lift heavy 30-lb ice cream tubs (with reasonable accommodation as needed).
We work Tuesday-Saturday; no super early mornings or brutal late nights. This is a part-time position — likely in the range of 3-4 days per week — with competitive wages and discounts on wine/food/ice cream. We’re closed Sundays, Mondays and major holidays.
