Office Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Victoria, TX, 77905. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our staff and ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our database.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and documents.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

You should be proficient in:

  • ISO 9001 Certification Experience
  • ISO 14001 Certification Experience
  • Microsoft Excel
