Position : Contracts Data Analyst Location Remote-TX, AZ, TN, SC | Remote-TX Compensation & Schedule • $23.50/hour • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch) • W2, Temp-to-Perm ROLE IMPACT This position supports contract pricing accuracy and membership integrity within the SAP system, ensuring compliant, efficient operations across supplier agreements. Success in this role is defined by precision in data entry, collaboration with internal teams and vendors, and the ability to analyze and resolve complex pricing discrepancies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Enter and update contract pricing and membership data within SAP • Maintain supplier relationships and resolve pricing issues through root cause analysis • Validate and process contract updates; maintain exception reports and conduct regular audits • Serve as a liaison for internal teams, suppliers, and GPOs to address contract concerns • Attend onboarding and stakeholder meetings as needed; provide timely reports and insights • Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot discrepancies and support ongoing improvements • Contribute to compliance with 340B, Orphan Drug, and Contract Pharmacy regulations MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2–3 years' experience in contract management, data analysis, or related fields • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing, computer science, or similar • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and formatting functions • Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Excel • Salesforce • SAP • Microsoft Word • Microsoft Outlook PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience working with pharmaceutical contracts or healthcare suppliers • Familiarity with exception reporting and audit practices • Process improvement mindset with cross-functional collaboration experience By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
