Make Your Mark in Manufacturing

Join our team in Greenwood, IN as a CNC Laser Engraving Technician on 2nd or 3rd shift . Each shift, you’ll turn engineering intent into precision laser marks on metal components—setting up, programming, and operating laser engraving/etching equipment with accuracy and care.

A Day in the Life

• Build accurate, efficient laser engraving programs and keep them organized in our digital file system.
• Set up and run laser engraving/etching machines per print specs and work instructions to process parts.
• Partner with Engineering to clarify drawings and resolve ambiguities before they hit the floor.
• Verify quality with calipers, micrometers, squares, and height gauges; adjust as needed to meet standards.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training in laser marking, machining, or similar manufacturing.
• Comfort following written, verbal, and diagrammed instructions.
• Strong shop math: units of measure, fractions, decimals, whole numbers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
